Whether you are visiting for the first time, or you are a long standing patient of our dental family, we are committed to your comfort , safety and peace of mind. To this end we will take the time to understand your unique dental concerns. We will thoroughly discuss your options, explain our treatment plan and invite you to ask any questions you may have. We want you to be able to make a well informed decision with your personal treatment plan.
For your convenience we accept payment of cash, credit, and debit. Payment is due on the date of service.We use the EDI (electronic data interchange) system in our office. This system expedites the reimbursement to our patients in usually 24hrs-3 days.
For efficient processing, please bring your insurance card provided by your employer with necessary numbers for filing. We encourage you to sign up online with your insurance company for automatic deposit which ensures your reimbursement within 24 hours. Many insurance companies now co-ordinate benefits between two policy holders for the shortest possible reimbursement times.
Our knowledgeable treatment coordinator will gladly check your coverage for treatment by sending predeterminations before treatment begins to prevent any surprises! We urge you to be aware of your terms of coverage. Insurance companies may not cover all procedures, may have a yearly deductible, or a yearly maximum, or may only reimburse you based on an outdated Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide.
Please ask us about our financial arrangements for major dental treatment, so we may work together to provide you the best possible oral care available.
As a courtesy, we try to confirm all appointments two days in advance. However, keeping your dental appointment is your ultimate responsibility. Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule otherwise a fee may apply.
